Shipping Policy

Please note that huge demands due to extreme temperatures may occasionally slow delivery for some items and cause unintended extra wait times while trying to reach our customer service team via telephone.

However, we do our best to respond to your email within a few hours if you send an email to info@airpurifierdepot.us for information regarding your order.

We offer standard free shipping from Monday to Friday (excluding Federal holidays) on orders over $99 when shipping to the contiguous states in the USA (excluding CA, MT and WA).

You don’t have to worry about how this works, because it’s applied automatically at checkout. Orders under the threshold of free shipping incur less than $12.99 to most destinations within the United States.

With the exception of Canada, we do not currently ship to locations outside the United States.  Also, at the moment, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

Products typically ship within 1-5 business days from when you place your order. (We usually let you know via email or telephone if anything comes up that might impact your shipment)  

Small Parcel:

When possible we will ship your small order parcel via FEDEX or UPS.

Typically, items that weight below 150 pounds can be shipped with FEDEX or UPS.

LTL or Truck Freight:

Some products in our store weigh heavier than 150 pounds and would require using other shipping companies besides Fedex and UPS.

For these products we work with a number of carriers that specialize in getting your oversized and heavy products to you in a safe, secure and efficient manner.

At the time of delivery, please be sure to inspect your order for any possible damages.

If you notice any signs of damage, please notate the damage on the paperwork provided by the carrier.

Due to seasonality related logistical challenges, please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to arrive once you have received shipping confirmation.
