Refund & Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY ALLOCATED TRACKING NUMBERS FROM THE WAREHOUSE. 

We reserve the right to first replace or repair anything damaged or defective. If a replacement or repair cannot be accomplished to satisfy a given situation a refund may be considered.

There is a 25% restocking fee on All ORDERS.  You (the buyer) shall ALSO be responsible for the shipping cost of returning products back to us.

Please give us a call before you begin your return process.

What Happens If I Receive My Shipment And Don’t Like It?

Regrettably, we do not accept returns due to buyer remorse.

Once a return request is authorized by one of our customer service representatives, we will email you a return authorization number.  Please note that any returns without an authorization number will be rejected.

You must ship your item back within 14 days to qualify for a refund

Note also, that all returns must include original packaging. 

What If I Receive A Damaged Shipment?

Whether it was an error on our part or the consequence of transportation mishap, we do accept items that are defective or damaged and will send a replacement or refund if the product cannot be fixed. In which case, you can either; 

  1. Refuse the item and notate on the paperwork that your order was damaged and hand the paperwork back to the driver.
  2. Accept the item, and take close-up shots of the defective item and email them back to us at info@airpurifierdepot.us We’ll take a look and determine if we need to send a replacement piece or issue a full refund. 

ALL RETURNS MUST COME WITH COMPLETE ORIGINAL PACKAGING 

Please note that all shipping-related or product related issues must be done within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. 

It must be notated on the delivery paperwork that the items were damaged. Failure to do so could result in an inability to provide full credit.
