TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any Merchandise purchased from AirPurifierDepot.com is fully returnable as long as it is still in the original packaging and in unused condition. All returns must clearly show our (RA) Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and a 15% restocking fee is applicable on any return not due to an error on the part of AirPurifierDepot.com.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS
If you have decided to return an item purchased from us within the past 30 days you must do the following:
- Contact us by email at customerservice@airpurifierdepot.com or contact us by fax at (718) 267-7029. Include your full name and order number along with which item is being returned and for what reason.
- We will email you within 24 hours with your (RA) Return Authorization Number.
- You will then repackage the item making sure to clearly write the (RA) Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

- Once the item has been received, we will credit the full amount of the item minus the 15% restocking fee to the credit card used for the purchase.
